U.S. Deliveries
We use USPS for standard deliveries to US. We based in London, UK but we have quick delivery times to U.S. Each package prepared in London and ship (overnight FedEx) to our fulfilment office in Philadelphia, PA. Once USPS accepts your package you will be able full track your delivery. usually it takes 4-10 business days.
We also have FedEx next day delivery (yes, so good to be true) option to U.S.
U.K. Deliveries
We use Royal Mail for standard deliveries in UK. Every order we fulfill will be sent 1st Class Delivery. 1st Class Recorded Delivery option is also available. Usually takes 1 to 4 business days to get delivered.
Deliveries to Europe
We use Royal Mail Airmail service for deliveries to European Union and other countries in Europe. Airmail is non-trackable but gets there in time. Usually takes 4-15 business days to get there depends to the destination country.
Countries like Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and East European countries takes longer. Because of the problems in their local postal networks.
We also have expedited DHL and FedEx delivery option to those countries.
Rest of the World
We use Royal Mail Airmail service for deliveries to Rest of the World. Airmail is non-trackable but gets there in time. Usually takes 10-25 business days to get there depends to the destination country.
Countries like Australia and New Zealand takes longer.
We also have expedited DHL and FedEx delivery option to those countries.
